If a driver cancels a booked ride, the passenger will be notified immediately and given the option to rebook with another driver. When a driver cancels a ride, the passenger: Will receive a100% refund, in case the driver cancelled the ride in less than 2 hours before departure or did not show at the time of the scheduled ride. Have the right to give a review on the driver that will be shown on the driver’s profile to other users as well. When a driver repeatedly cancels rides, our platform may take disciplinary actions towards the driver which may include temporary suspension for the driver’s account or permanent removal from the platform.
